 For almost ten years now I've been making dolls, writing about doll artists, covering important events of the world of doll art in various magazines.
 An artistic doll is an antithesis to the dullness of kitsch that has usurped the world; it rejects the standards of mass culture; it contains a whole universe of individuality, the magic of a rich inner world that generates ideas; it's a child born by the intellect and feeling of a doll artist.
